MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE
Photography and video recording will take place throughout Back on Home Ice.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video footage and audio recordings may be captured and used for promotional, documentary, social media, website and future event-related purposes by Back on Home Ice and its media partners.
This may include use across digital platforms, news coverage, recap videos and marketing materials.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors participating in the event.

PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY RELEASE
By attending or participating in Back on Home Ice activities, participants acknowledge that hockey, skating and related event activities involve inherent physical risks, including the risk of injury.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation and release Back on Home Ice, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, the INVISTA Centre, the City of Kingston, facility operators and affiliated organizations from liability for injury, loss or damages arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to safely participate in event activities.
Parents or guardians must complete registration and provide consent on behalf of any participant under the age of 18.
